The Newton Tables’ geometric vocabulary references modern abstraction. It’s about the unseen. Coloured metal sheets envelop a central structure of a reflective nature to balance positive and negative space. The Newton tables seem to be weightless. Displayed in a series or individually, its repetitive qualities create playful compositions. The tables appear to float but are reflecting their surroundings.
